Would you like to learn how to bake the perfect sourdough bread yourself? Our sourdough bread workshop offers the ideal opportunity to master this artisanal skill!
Instead of just reading recipes, this workshop focuses on learning by feeling, tasting, and smelling. This makes the experience unique and ensures that you truly understand what happens throughout the entire process. Our fully hands-on workshop allows you to carry out every step yourself. This gives you the chance to learn different methods and techniques, so you can easily and confidently get started at home in your own kitchen.
During the sourdough bread baking workshop, I will guide you as an experienced baker and reveal the secrets of sourdough baking. You will learn how to maintain your own sourdough starter and how to use it for your own sourdough breads.
You will not only receive practical tips and tricks for mixing and kneading the dough, but also for shaping and baking the bread. You will learn about different types of flour and dough consistencies needed to create the perfect sourdough bread.

What will we do during the sourdough bread baking workshop:

An efficient method for working with just 30 grams of sourdough starter in your refrigerator

Important information about the workshop:

The workshop starts at 10:00 a.m. and is expected to end around 4:00 p.m. A delicious lunch and unlimited coffee and tea are included.

Please note: the baking studio is located on the first floor and is only accessible by stairs.
